Cutting with ANDROS (ROV)

In the USA there are more than four hundred bomb disposal squads. About fifty percent of them have robots. They mainly work with the ANDROS 6 A from the firm Remotec.

Our mini MACE can be coupled with ANDROS via a trailer and hence offers the safe option of also being able to open up Large Vehicle Bombs (LVB).

Following the delivery of the mini MACE to the Las Vegas Fire & Rescue Bomb Squad this application was also tested out during the training of the Bomb Squad members. The handling of the "mini MACE & ANDROS" duo is unproblematic, safe and requires no additional expensive training.
