Franz Eder, Mag. rer. soc. oec. CEO (Chief Executive Officer)

Franz Eder, born in Munich in 1960, studied social sciences and economics in Vienna and completed his studies in 1985. During and after his studies he was employed in the Centro International Trading Bank in Vienna in the Commodity Trade & Trade Finance department. Until 1990 he was manager of the Trade Finance dept. at the Amro Trade Bank AG in Munich.

Today he is the chairman of the Supervisory Board and majority shareholder in the holding company of IPO AG, which he founded in 1998. Since 2002 he has been exclusively concerned with the setting up of ANT AG, whose operational management he took over as the governing body in June 2003.

With his hobby as a cook he is always searching for new recipes when travelling. He likes to spend the rest of his free time skiing and jogging.

Marco Linde, DipL-Ing. COO (Chief Operating Officer)

After his training as an engine fitter, Marco Linde, who was born in 1967 in Dannenberg/Elbe, completed his studies in engineering at the FH (College of Technology) Lübeck in 1993 with distinction. Even during his studies he founded a service company for industrial installations in 1990.

Until 1995 Marco Linde was Managing Director and Shareholder of the Engineering Office of Hildebrand & Linde in Lübeck. The firm of acon automation & construction gmbh arose from this company, which with its activities in the area of Special Purpose Machinery (SPM) was incorporated into ANT AG.

Since 1999 he has been a member of the board and a shareholder in ANT AG. As the leading technical brain of the company he sets the pace in the research and development of new technologies amongst other things.

The passionate motorcycle rider is married with two children.
